Due to the ongoing pandemic, Ghostbird Theatre Company has decided to cancel its annual 24 Hour Festival, a celebration of our community's creativity, which was to have taken place on March 6 & 7 at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center.
We know that we need the arts more than ever, but we wish to prioritize the health of competing artists, performers, and filmmakers and of our audience. We will be mounting the 24 Hour Festival for 2022, and we look forward to that time when we can all join together again maskless, socially nondistant.
For the 2021-22 season, Ghostbird's creative team is making plans for mounting original, site-influenced theatre, and so we'll be back, most likely about the time those other birds, those snowbirds, arrive in our neck of the woods. Our theatre making has always been about immersive, site-influenced experiences for our audience, and we can't wait to share our stories in these intimate settings with you again.
